Hi Eric, thanks so much for your responses and your thoughts. I appreciate that the articles were helpful. It's something I wonder about, the balance between personal and theoretical. I think the personal stuff has been pushed by what I think Medium likes. I definitely have had my own eff up moments, and am always growing. It's hard when you get hurt, but I am trying to practice the idea that people can change, even if they are a real PITA at the moment. I've definitely had my less positive moments that I should have dealt with better, when one is harmed one can become the harmer, so I have a lot of work to do myself. Interesting about your punk group. Maybe you'll be writing about your growth, and the changes you have faced inside your group? I don't know much about the scene, would be informative and educational for me.
