I know there is the danger of being the angry black woman, but there will always be that danger, and we can't control others. What would happen if you just laid the facts out, not so politely, like, "I have been a customer for 20 years, I don't see the reason for the strange treatment, I would like my usual receipt in the mail..." and not with a smile? Would you get anywhere with that?
